Will Reynolds

William Reynolds (b. January 17, 1999, Houston, Texas) was a commander in Halon prior to The Attack. He now serves as the Director of Security on board Thaumas IV. William Reynolds was the commander of the submersible supercarrier, HS Regulus, which now remains docked at Thaumas IV. Prior to his command of a supercarrier, Reynolds was an officer in the naval intelligence division, specializing in covert naval warfare tactics.
