Tokaji Shiki

Tokaji is a young man from Mutsu who began joining Ishimaru Tetsuo in his travels in the fall of 721. He is a man of letters, who trained in the medical arts in Yamato under a venerable master there. He is an energetic man, routinely seen running around Kusage to get started on the next task that awaits him. He carries a large backpack and a long walking stick, which he alleges he knows how to use to defend himself.
