The Outlands

A vast area which stretches the breadth of Eíre. Its borders were declared in a joint agreement of the Twelve Kings. By treaty agreement refugees from the persecution of the Holy Empire on the Continent are confined to these borders for 500 years. It includes the most untamed and mountainous regions of the island. While the traditional kingdoms are still in existence, the area is largely lawless and anarchic.
