Psionics in GURPS Troubleshooters

Introduction
While the occult is increasingly popular in America and paperback books promising to "develop your psychic powers" can be purchased at the supermarket, functional psionic ability is rare in humans. Thoes few individuals who have powers are rarely able to develop them without tutelage. Such tutelage can only be found in some secret societies or with the rare solitary psychic.
This aspect of psionics requires that the psi-talented character take -5 points in either Code of Honor (Traditional Secret Society), Code of Honor (Oathbound), or Unusual Background (Solitary Psi).

Players are limited to the use of the power sets listed in GURPS 4th edition Psionic Powers.
