Kondo

Kondo town is one of the largest settlements in the Dewa region, with a population that reaches into the thousands of people. It is a port town, and sees trade from the heart of the Empire to the south, as well as from the Tang and Silla. Kondo town and its immediate environs are under the rule of the Itoh clan. The clan received the town and the surrounding lands for their part in the Emishi purges of Dewa in the previous century.
