Hokkyokusei

The Hokkyokusei is a handysize dry bulk cargo vessel with routes in the Pacific Ocean. It is captained by a Japanese man by the name of Yamamoto, and crewed by eight Filipino men. The ship typically makes runs from the Philippines, to Palau, to Guam, and back to the Philippines. Occasionally its routes include Japan, Hawaii, and other Pacific destinations. On January 21st, 2042, the player characters were aboard this vessel when it was boarded by an Eastern Sun attack party about halfway between Palau and Guam.
