Notes

3-speed bear system appears to be later, non-factory custom modification. Drive system, i.e. gearbox and wheels (not pedals or tires) enchanted to provide Haste and Great Haste in normal or higher areas of mana. Item functions as normal 3-speed bicycle in low and no mana.
