Located on the observation deck at the top of Aurora Station, this full-service restaurant and bar is open to all visitors and personnel.
The operator and sometimes bartender of the lounge is a very friendly Denobulan named Torbin. He lived on Earth for a number of years where he operated another restaurant and lounge that catered primarily to Star Fleet personnel. He decided he wanted to see more of the galaxy, and where better to begin than the station closest to the core.
Torbin is of course a repository of much gossip, rumor, and station legend. He can always be relied upon for a good story. He also takes special delight in introducing people, often noting the memorable friendships and other unions which have come about due to his “people skills.”
